In Five White, the students have been learning how to write large numbers in word form. The students in Five White have learnt that inside each large group we read the numbers as hundreds, tens and ones.
For example:
63 497 – Sixty-three thousand, four hundred and ninety-seven.
226 443 – Two hundred and twenty-six thousand, four hundred and forty-three.
832 562 713 – Eight hundred and thirty-two million, five hundred and sixty-two thousand, seven hundred and thirteen.

I have learnt so much from my teacher and discovered some big numbers.
I love puting numbers into word form because it will tell you how you are meant to say the number.
For example: 72,345,921: seventy two million three hundred and forty five thousand nine hundred and twenty one.
99,999,999: ninety nine million nine hundred and ninety nine thousand nine hundred and ninety nine.
12,345,678: twelve million three hundred and 45 thousand six hundred and sevent eight.
